Payment & insurance
Impact Lives Health Services accepts cash and credit cards. The site lists Blue Cross Blue Shield/CareFirst, Cigna, Aetna, Maryland Medicaid, Beacon Health, Magellan, and Optum. If your plan is not accepted, the team may provide documentation for an out-of-network benefit request.

Cancellation policy
Appointment times are reserved especially for you. The site’s current policy states that sessions cancelled or missed without 48 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee; insurance typically does not cover missed- or cancelled-session fees.
